At Red Planet AI Learning, we are on a mission to eliminate barriers to a successful career in technology.  We aim to help high-caliber, technical talent be prepared to engage with employers that value diversity and inclusion. We have a vision of equity in technology that includes those who have taken a break from their career to deal with life’s various demands, those who are changing careers, and those who have taken a non-traditional career path.

We aim to empower individuals with future ready skills to pursue a successful career in technology and contribute to the growth of the industry. Our Instructors

Our instructors bring a combination of strong knowledge of the concepts coupled with real world experience in their respective disciplines. Our instructional team has an average of 15+ years of experience in the IT industry in a variety of roles and organizations. They bring their industry experience and expertise as developers, analysts, team leaders, and project managers to the training. They work to ensure the curriculum and training provided have practical application. With their real-world experience in companies such as Kraft Foods, Capgemini, and similar organizations, they can share the context in which concepts will be applied. In addition, they have prior experience with adult education as instructors, trainers, and coaches.

Our History

We began as MARS Returnship in 2020. Our focus at that time was helping professionals who took a break from their career re-enter the workforce. Over 85 participants have completed the Returnship program. Our graduates are working at over 20 different employers. With Red Planet AI Learning, we are taking the next step and expanding our program to help more people. We have gained the confidence and experience to expand our reach to serve not just those with a career gap, but to help those who are changing careers, have a non-traditional career path, or are seeking a robust program for career enrichment.
